We have created a differentiated service our customers love and a profitable business model.
Rinse is backed by a group of leading VCs and CEOs who see the massive potential in what we are doing and know we are the team to do it. We launched in 2013 and are currently in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Seattle, Austin, Dallas… and now Toronto! This is a very exciting time to join and help build something from the ground up, while learning from a seasoned, passionate, and high-caliber team.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven operations professional to join our Central Cleaning Operations team as a Cleaning Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll play a critical leadership role in helping scale our cleaning operations infrastructure by managing initiatives, supporting team members (including a Cleaning Operations Associate), and owning key operational projects and new initiatives from start to finish.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by complexity, and is ready to step into a high-impact leadership role with growth potential.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Oversee and support a team dedicated to consistent improvement of our cleaning quality, ensuring alignment on daily tasks, performance expectations, and development opportunities.
  • Act as a cross-functional connector—collaborating with Product, Care, Delivery, and Field Operations to drive project success and process improvement.
  • Lead operations projects and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving execution of project goals through workflow piloting, change implementation, and control establishment for long-term success.
  • Proactively identify gaps in workflows or partner performance and resolve them using a data and process driven approach.
  • Become the go-to expert in your domain—whether related to a specific partner group, market, or toolset—and own that space fully.
  • Delegate work effectively while keeping your team focused on outcomes and aligned on deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively across teams and levels of the organization, balancing strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
