As the continuous growth of business, we are looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to support local businesses in Singapore.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned cleaning professionals with:

  • Diploma in facility management, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of cleaning experiences in Singapore with experience in handling multiple sites and team management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Responsibilities

Based in Singapore, you will oversee and manage all aspects of cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness in all company places, including:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff and supervisors.
  • Assign duties, create work schedules, and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Monitor operational expenses and optimize resource allocation to stay within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain records of cleaning logs, inspections, and staff training.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
