Integrated Cleaning Services Ltd are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join their team in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business needs.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: £12.47 per hour
  Expected hours: 31 – 40 per week

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, outside areas, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies & equipment are used safely & stored correctly.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Litter/leaf picking.
• Warehouse sweeping.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency in service delivery.
