This is a full time role (40 hours p.w), that will see you working Monday - Friday, from 6am - 2pm (including a paid break). What You'll Be Doing: As a Cleaning Operative at our Gatwick site you will undertake cleaning tasks and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of admin offices, welfare areas and buses to a high standard. This role requires some physical effort, and you must have the ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects. Requirements: You will have good communication skills and be confident in interacting professionally with all roles, from senior management to front-line colleagues, clients, and suppliers. You will be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and be able to follow instructions. You will have a good eye for detail and be able to work quickly and effectively. You will have a flexible approach and ability to find creative and innovative solutions to operational challenges.
