Job Title: Part-Time Cleaning Operative
Location: St Albans, AL1 3H
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5:00pm – 7:00pm (14 hours per week)
Pay: £12.60 per hour (Monday to Friday), £13.60 per hour (Saturday & Sunday) – Paid Monthly

Pioneer FM is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team in St Albans. This is a great opportunity for someone with cleaning experience who wants a consistent, part-time role with flexible hours.
About the Role
You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cleaning duties to maintain a professional and welcoming environment on site.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cleaning toilets, staff rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitisation
  • General housekeeping to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Carrying out regular stock checks and reporting when supplies are running low
  • Ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • Confidence in working independently and using initiative
  • Willingness to undergo security clearance (we will guide you through the process – please note this can take up to two months before full site access is granted)
