JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and hard working person to work within our cleaning staff at the Academy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during interactions.
• Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between multiple locations.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
  Potential applicants should note that an enhanced DBS check will be carried out before an appointment can be confirmed. The successful applicant will also be required to undertake training in the Academy’s Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures on appointment.

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per established protocols.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
