• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
• Friendly and reliable
• Enhanced DBS (can be applied for by us if needed)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the site. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable for our staff and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning and sanitising floors, surfaces, and restrooms
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Dusting and cleaning furniture and fixtures
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines
