CLEANING OPERATIVE SUPERVISOR - WEEKEND PART-TIME

Location: Mondelez International, Malahide Road, Coolock, Dublin 5
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (18 hours/week)
Rate: €15.03/hr + 33% Sunday premium

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative Supervisor to oversee weekend cleaning operations at Mondelez International. This permanent part-time role involves supervising a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards, maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols, and managing essential shift documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous supervisory or cleaning experience (desirable but not essential - full training provided).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and hygiene protocols.

• Supervise and guide cleaning operatives to complete tasks as per site instructions
• Carry out cleaning duties in production areas
• Manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, and colour-coded cleaning systems
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
• Complete all relevant documentation and reports
• Liaise with management on safety and operational matters
