Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage cleaning contracts across various sites to ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with cleaning operatives and site supervisors to coordinate and optimize cleaning schedules and tasks and training.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective networking.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
