REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing corporate cleaning teams, ideally within high-profile or blue-chip environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support diverse teams.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Must have full right to work in the UK or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft, with confidence in managing reporting systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites and work varied hours to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead an initial team of 10 cleaning staff at our client’s London EC4 office, with responsibility expanding to additional teams across Central London and SW1.
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance, including monitoring via clocking-in systems and performance Audits.
  • Liaise with clients on a regular basis, addressing feedback and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to cleaning staff, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Prepare reports and track performance using Excel and other internal systems.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate both daytime and evening staff, including occasional site visits.
  • Balance on-site presence at client premises with time spent at our Dartford DA1 office.
