JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with clients and colleagues.
• A valid driving licence is preferred to enable travel between different cleaning sites.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and health and safety guidelines.
• Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
