As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our client's office spaces during the shift. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations Train and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure staff compliance Perform floor cleaning once per week or as required, including carpets and hard floors during the shift.
