Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Train and Support: Guide employees in mastering essential janitorial responsibilities, including job safety procedures. Provide guidance and training in the "Imperial Way" to support their success and ensure high-quality results. Plan Schedules: Organize staff schedules to ensure we have coverage for our clients at all times. Monitor Attendance: Keep track of custodial technicians' time and attendance to ensure punctuality and consistency. Manage Callouts: Handle custodial technician callouts and quickly find coverage to maintain smooth operations. Step In as Needed: Cover shifts or replace custodial technicians when necessary to keep everything running smoothly for our clients. Stay in Touch: Communicate regularly with custodial technicians to provide them with the support they need. Recruit New Talent: Screen candidates for custodial technician positions to keep our team strong. Ensure Safety: Report any accidents or injuries promptly to maintain a safe work environment. Supply Management: Submitting supply orders and delivering necessary supplies to ensure the team is well-equipped. Address Performance Issues: Resolve any custodial technician performance issues with care and professionalism. Be On Call: Be available for any emergency situations (may include evenings and weekends). Manage up: Inform the District/Regional Manager of any job-related concerns. Key Requirements: Experience in the Commercial Cleaning Industry: Previous experience is a plus, but a passion for the field is essential. Technology Proficiency: Must be skilled in various technology systems and ready to guide custodial technicians in using these tools to enhance their efficiency and performance. Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse team. Attention to Detail and Communication: Strong skills in both areas are crucial for success in this role. Results-Oriented: Ability to resolve challenges and handle emergencies quickly and efficiently and at a moment's notice. Valid Driver's License - Company Car will be assigned.
