THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and housekeeping services at our Defence site in Richmond, NSW . In this full-time position, you will lead a team of staff, manage daily operations, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and uphold high standards of service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience supervising cleaning teams in a facilities or property setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, and compliance reporting
• Familiarity with WHS procedures and staff management
• Previous experience with large-scale contract management is highly regarded
