KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Knowledge of working in production areas preferred but not essential
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills as the provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role
• Good people management skills
• If Non-EEA, a Visa enabling you to work in Ireland is essential
• Good comprehension of English, both written and spoken
• Basic computer skills
• Use of cleaning equipment beneficial but not essential

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Cleaning Supervisor. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Supervisor is to ensure that their allocated area and team meet the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
• Ensure that staff are adhering to policies and procedures on site
• Ensure that staff are achieving the required cleaning standard
• Assess performance of staff and identify training needs
• Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
• Respond to client needs as requiredCarry out regular and thorough inspections to maintain such conditions
