We’re a rapidly growing cleaning company in search of a Cleaning Supervisor to help us in cleaning a group of schools in the Corsham Area.
We’re looking for a reliable and conscientious supervisor who will be able support and manage staff, conduct site audits and cover shifts in a specific area.

SUMMARY

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning operations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the schools you look after. Reporting to the Area Manager, your role involves managing a team of cleaners, coordinating schedules, and conducting inspections. Core skills in cleaning procedures and safety protocols are essential, while your premium driving skills may be required for transportation of supplies. Strong communication and customer service skills will help you effectively address client needs and foster a positive work environment.
