About the Role: Elite Building Services is looking to hire a hands-on, Cleaning Supervisor in the Wilmington, DE. area. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be able to clean and lead the team simultaneously. Location: 1201 Market Street, Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Supervise a crew of cleaners to be sure the entire scope of work is being completed. * Be sure all supplies are well stocked for our cleaners to use. * Check all dispensers each night to be sure they are all properly filled. * Communicate with the customer on site to see what concerns or needs they may have. * Schedule all carpet cleaning and floor stripping and waxing to meet the scope. * Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite. * Making sure each employee is clocking in and out properly each night. * Handle all call outs and arrange to cover all responsibilities. Compensation: $19.00 per hour Hours/Days of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Occasional weekends as needed. Role Requirements: * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Janitorial experience is a plus (Not Required) * Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge a plus (Not Required) * General commercial cleaning experience a plus (Not Required) Transportation: * Must have reliable personal vehicle Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day * Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time * Climb stairs and ladders

Responsibilities

Supervise a cleaning crew to ensure the full scope of work is completed and maintain adequate supply levels. Coordinate floor care scheduling and communicate regularly with the customer and Operations Manager.
