About the Role: Are you a motivated and dedicated individual with well-developed communication skills? The Environmental Cleaning Services team is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across Canberra Hospital and community-based facilities. The service is essential to the effective operation of the health service by ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming environments that support clinical operations and contribute to a positive experience for everyone who uses our facilities. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of Cleaning Officers to deliver consistent, high‑standard cleaning services. You will ensure environments are maintained to strict hygiene and safety standards, with a strong focus on infection prevention and control and compliance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, create a positive workplace culture, has well-developed communication skills, understands Work Health and Safety requirements, can lead and work as part of a team and independently, and understands the need for patient confidentiality and privacy.
