HomeHero Maintenance is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across residential and commercial sites. We specialise in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, window cleaning, and post-construction cleaning, and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, reliable results for every client.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple sites
  • Train and support team members to ensure consistent service quality
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
  • Manage schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor staff performance
  • Communicate with clients and address any feedback or concerns
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning and/or a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
