ABOUT US

Trusted Cleans & Laundry Ltd is a growing cleaning and linen service provider supporting 60+ Airbnb and short-term rental properties across Swansea. Based in SA1 Business Park, we pride ourselves on providing premium cleaning standards that help hosts earn 5-star reviews. We’re now looking for an experienced, hands-on Cleaning Manager/Supervisor to lead our operations and help grow the business.

Role Overview

As Cleaning Manager/Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring consistent cleaning standards, supporting with cleans when needed, resolving issues across our portfolio of short-term rental properties, and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule a team of cleaners across 60+ Airbnb properties
Perform quality checks and audits to maintain high standards
Step in to complete or assist with cleans during busy periods
Handle last-minute issues, such as access problems or guest concerns
Conduct regular team check-ins to maintain morale and address performance
Oversee stock levels, supplies, and linen logistics
Contribute ideas and actions to help the business grow and improve efficiency

Support with onboarding new properties and training new staff

Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor, team leader or facilities role (required)
Experience managing staff or coordinating teams
Full UK driving licence (required)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
Familiarity with Airbnb standards (preferred but not essential)

Confident using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic scheduling tools

Schedule
25-40 hours (includes some weekend or out-of-hours availability)
Flexible rota with occasional emergency response support required
