Role: Cleaner and supervisor of small team
Location: Traynor Business Park, Traynor Way, Peterlee, SR8 2RU
Pay: £15 Per Hour
Hours: TBC
Overview:
To join a growing on-site team at Traynor Business Park. The site is owned and operated by North East Commerical and consists of three multi let office buildings, a cafe and gym. The site is fast paced with 20 different organisations working from the buildings.
Job Role:Act as supervisor and head cleaner for the team, looking after 3 members of staff as well as fulfilling cleaning duties. The roles direct line manager is the operations director and co-owner of the park.

Experience:

• 5+ years of cleaning experience
• Past management experience
• Pro-active and can-do attitude
• confident client facing professional

References will be required.
