SUMMARY

We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Pioneer FM Ltd in the UK. This role is key in overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within our facilities, and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional service.
Location: B1 1RF
Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 9:30pm
Hourly Rate: £13.60 per hour, paid monthly

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements in a cleaning environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas and equipment.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning materials and place orders as needed.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to cleaning staff.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to meet operational goals.
