ABOUT THE ROLE

PMAC is growing and we’re looking for a hands-on Façade Team Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations across cleaning, restoration and protection projects. You’ll organise people and workflow, be the face of PMAC on site, and make sure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to our standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Organise daily/weekly workflow and delegate tasks so operatives understand their duties.
  • Plan 3-week look-ahead schedules, manage handovers and ensure sign-off before closing each job.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and contractors on site; handle complaints and resolve issues where possible before escalating to Operations.
  • Train and mentor new employees in your section.
  • Monitor productivity, carry out toolbox talks and give constructive feedback.
  • Attend meetings and any required training.
  • Ensure safe working practices at all times in line with PMAC standards, legislation and our Company Handbook.
  • Complete site paperwork (e.g., SPA forms, RAMS inputs, incident/near-miss reports).
  • Conduct regular site inspections/surveys and submit progress photos/reports.
  • Manage stock, plant and materials within your department.
  • Represent PMAC and our clients professionally at all times.
Note: This list covers the majority of tasks but isn’t exhaustive; additional duties may be agreed with management.
