• Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations of swimming pools, pool decks, and water features.
• Oversee façade/glass cleaning teams, ensuring all work is performed safely at heights and with proper equipment.
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to cleaning staff effectively.
• Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Ensure proper usage, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
• Monitor water quality and coordinate with technical staff for pool water testing and chemical dosing.
• Enforce strict adherence to health & safety regulations, including the use of PPE and working-at-height protocols.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, incidents, and maintenance issues.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Report any damages, hazards, or irregularities immediately to the management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning supervision, preferably in pool & façade operations.
• Experience managing multi-national cleaning teams.
• Basic knowledge of water treatment and façade access equipment (e.g., cradle, rope access) preferred.
