Job Title: Evening Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Purdicom Ltd, Mitchell House, Unit 4 Woolley Barns, Woolley, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8TA
Hours: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (12 hours per week)
Pay: £13.32 per hour
Team Size: 3
Start Date: Immediate

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle due to the rural location
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at Purdicom Ltd’s headquarters. You will lead a small team to ensure that office and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support a team of 3 cleaners during evening shifts
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Liaise with management to coordinate cleaning schedules
