JOB OVERVIEW

RFM Facilities Management is looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and work alongside a small team of cleaning operatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for both supervising the team and completing cleaning duties on site.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Supervise and support a small team of cleaning operatives.
• Work on-site as part of the team, carrying out daily cleaning tasks.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain cleaning stock levels and report low supplies.
