Your new role Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPI’s. This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements. Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to help provide cover for overtime, annual leave, absence etc and complete relevant staff spreadsheets. Allocation of work and quality control, check work schedules and resolve problems. Assist in the compliance with the site waste management procedures. Ensure that RFM procedures and practices are adhered to i.e. Health & Safety and COSHH Ensure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards liaising with the Soft Services Manager on completion of quality audits. Check all equipment is clean in good working order reporting any faults to the Soft Services Manager Ensure safe working methods and report all accidents and incidents as appropriate. Ensure efficient stock control, usage of materials and complete stock spreadsheets. Respond to any helpdesk calls efficiently and on time as may be directed from time to time by the Soft Services Manager Any other duties assigned by the Soft Services Manager in conjunction with RFMs operational requirements. Work with other members of the FM team in the best interests of the company. Maintain an awareness of RFM’s policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the administration and helpdesk service. To carry out any other office duties assigned by the Management Team as the role evolves.
