JOB TITLE: CLEANING SUPERVISOR – SHORT-TERM RENTALS

We are a fast-growing short-term rental company in Ireland seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations across our properties. This role is key to ensuring that our guests enjoy a consistently high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or supervisory roles (hospitality or short-term rentals preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport is a plus.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners across multiple rental properties.
• Inspect properties after cleaning to ensure company standards are met.
• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks according to bookings and turnover requirements.
• Train and support cleaning staff on best practices and company guidelines.
• Manage cleaning supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
