What You’ll Do:

  • Motivate and supervise your cleaning team, ensuring all contracted tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of various areas, including kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables such as toilet paper, cleaning products, and appliances.
  • Take responsibility for identifying and reporting any safety hazards and conducting regular safety walks to ensure a secure working environment.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar cleaning or supervisory role, with a good knowledge of cleaning solutions and their appropriate use.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • A proactive, positive attitude, with a strong focus on team work and health and safety.
