DUTIES AS A CLEANING SUPERVISOR

• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Support with training, toolbox talks, job chats, competency assessment, self certs, return to works
• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning)
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team

JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS AS A CLEANING SUPERVISOR

• Minimum 1 year Supervisory experience
• Experienced working in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Driving license preferable
