• To support, lead and motivate a team of associates to meet sales, profit and compliance targets by achieving the following daily:
  o cleaning all areas of the pub thoroughly, including back-of-house areas,
  with the aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards
  of cleanliness at all times
  o adhering to Wetherspoon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies,
  to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace
  o excellent customer service
