Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a large team of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Develop and manage team rotas, ensuring adequate coverage for operational requirements.
Assign cleaning duties based on priorities and client needs.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Address client and site management feedback promptly and professionally.
Enforce health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
Maintain accurate records of rotas, inspections, and staff attendance.
