SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous cleaning experience and have the ability to work independently on their own. You must have good timekeeping and organisational skills and an understanding of COSHH and Colour Coding, proof of eligibility to work in the UK will need to be provided. You must be willing to undergo a DBS check (no cost to you unless you leave before 6 months of successful employment). If you have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.

· Lead and manage onsite cleaning team
· Ensure best practice is followed
· Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
· End of shift job completion checks
· Report directly to line manager
· Ensure holidays and absence for your team are monitored and authorised

· Stock control compliance

• Dusting and polishing
• Mopping and vacuuming
• Cleaning the washroom facilities using the specific chemicals provided
• Use of specialised machines where appropriate
• Any additional duties as written in the cleaning schedule
• Holiday cover as and when for your sites
