Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and decluttering and organising living spaces that may affected by hoarder and squalor.
Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently with clients, ensuring efficient and effective clearing processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to support in overcoming challenges related to hoarding and squalor situations.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, address concerns, and provide guidance throughout the decluttering process.
Motivation and Negotiation: Stay motivated in challenging situations, employing effective negotiation skills to encourage clients to make necessary decisions for their living spaces.
Regular Domestic Assistance: Assist with regular domestic tasks to help maintain a clean and organised living environment for our clients.
