JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpet, Curtain and Sofa Cleaner Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cleanliness and the ability to transform dirty carpets and sofas into fresh and inviting spaces. Possessing a valid driver’s license is considered an advantage for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Curtain and sofa cleaning is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot stains and damages.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture when necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.

Curtain and Sofa Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of Curtains and sofas using appropriate cleaning equipment and methods, ensuring high-quality results.
Stain Removal: Identify and treat stains effectively, using appropriate stain removal techniques and products.
Inspection: Inspect carpets and sofas for damages, wear, and tear, and report any issues to the supervisor or client.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and in good working condition.
Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Driving (if applicable): If you possess a valid driver’s license, you may be required to transport equipment and materials to different job sites efficiently and safely.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, including services performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all scheduled jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
