These are your tasks as an employee (m/f/d):

Creation and management of quality documents and reports

Identification and analysis of errors and implementation of appropriate corrective measures

Participation in the development and optimization of quality assurance processes

Documentation of qualifications and validations for systems, equipment, rooms, processes and procedures

Support for employee training on quality standards and guidelines

Participation in internal and external audits as well as processing of quality inquiries and complaints.

You already bring this with you:

Completed training in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biology, pharmacy) or comparable qualification

Prior professional experience in quality management is an advantage.

Safe handling of quality management systems and relevant standards

Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines as well as good IT skills, especially MS Office and possibly QM software.

Analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a precise and structured work style.

A sense of responsibility and quality, as well as teamwork and communication skills
