Aureol Global Connections is looking for a skilled Cleanroom Panel Installer with carpentry expertise to join our specialized installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of cleanroom wall panels and related systems in controlled environments. Your attention to detail and knowledge of construction materials will ensure that our cleanroom installations meet stringent industry standards and client specifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret cleanroom design drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate panel installation. Install cleanroom wall panels, ceilings, and associated systems while maintaining a contamination-free environment. Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision, utilizing hand tools and power equipment safely. Ensure that all installations comply with cleanroom certification requirements and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to address installation challenges and follow project timelines. Conduct thorough inspections of installed panels to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, implementing best practices for contamination control. Assist in training and mentoring junior installers or apprentices as needed. TESDA Carpentry NC II, City & Guilds, or equivalent trade certification Proven experience as a carpenter in cleanroom, data centre, EV manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or electronics projects Demonstrated experience working in controlled environments Knowledge of silicone and air-tight sealant application Willingness to undergo cleanroom induction and gowning training Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations Relevant site or trade certifications as require Working Conditions Site-based role within cleanroom, data centre, or EV manufacturing environments Mandatory use of PPE and cleanroom gowning systems Work may involve heights, manual handling, and precision installations High standards of personal hygiene and tool cleanliness required Standard working hours with potential overtime or shift work depending on project requirements Strict compliance with project safety, quality, and controlled-environment standards
