Description:
We are a fast-paced and fun business in South Vancouver looking to add a Clearance Centre Lead to our awesome and growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers in the Clearance Centre, assisting customers with questions or concerns and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. The position is also responsible for processing all transactions and payments in various forms accurately and making sure that the store is well stocked and clean.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Possess good work ethics by demonstrating honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively, professionally, and independently.
- Previous experience in processing transactions in cash, debit, credit, returned, refunds and exchanges. POS system knowledge is required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communications skills, able to receive and execute instructions.
- Attention to detail and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time if needed.
- Ability to lift stock up to 50lbs as required.
The base pay for this position is $21 per hour. Final Base Pay will be determined based on a few factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. On-the-job training will be provided. We have an experienced team that makes sure all team members come out trained and know general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:
- Serving customers by developing rapport, building customer connections, providing accurate information, and assisting with their product selection.
- Demonstrating knowledge of products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace and retail floor.
- Performing all cash, debit, credit, returned, refund and exchange transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring that the store’s stock is replenished and processing inventory systematically.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Representing Native Northwest, its artists and art with respect and a positive attitude.
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conducing regular inventory checks
- Acting as the key holder, responsible for the opening and closing duties of the Clearance Centre.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
