2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS (Duties include but are not limited to) 1) Attestation of all docs related to logistics from govt. 2) Receive COO from Min. of Trade on behalf of all Napco group 3) Deliver docs/invoice between BUs & CLD 4) Acquiring Landing Permit from port authorities for all DGR goods 5) Support clearance team 6) Find solutions for exceptional and sudden problems, through the network of contacts built. 7) Maintain good contacts with government reps to speed up Napco business needs. 8) Provide advice and contacts on how to work inside Governmental institutions for all napco Group. 9) Keep track of Napco cases inside customs and trade ministry and maintain contact with government problem solvers 3. JOB DYNAMICS & INTERFACES  Internal: All CLD Dpt., Affiliate BUs Accounting dept., PR and Legal Dept, HO accounting, Affiliate BUs Customer service and supply chain…  External: Customs, Ministries, Chamber of Commerce, External Clearing agents,… 4. REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES  Education & Experience Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is preferably acquired through a High School degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
The Senior Officer is responsible for the attestation of logistics documents and acquiring necessary permits for dangerous goods. They will also maintain relationships with government representatives to facilitate business operations for the Napco group.
