Job Description We are looking for a Clearing Operations Analyst to join a team within the Derivatives Execution & Clearing area. In this role, you will contribute to essential back-office activities, supporting daily clearing and reconciliation processes while helping ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and risk control. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for counterparties (clients, brokers, clearing houses) regarding trade allocation and clearing activities Monitor and allocate trades throughout the day to ensure smooth STP (Straight Through Processing) flows Follow up on pending trades, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely booking Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external platforms (e.g., exchanges) Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks Execute required exercises and close-out processes Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving systems and processes Manage daily communication through multiple channels (email, phone, etc.) Monitor different types of delivery products and ensure accuracy of positions, margins, and payments Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather required information Escalate unresolved issues when needed and support continuous improvement of control frameworks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field Knowledge or interest in Financial Markets Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools English – Advanced Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment Clear and respectful communication skills Additional Information Compensation: EUR 1100 - EUR 1400 - monthly
