Clearing & Settlement Services Employee - M/W - Banking operations processing - Torino, Piemonte, Italy
Responsibilities
Management of physical certificates: printing and cancellation; sending and receiving to counterparties, accounting in the procedures used by the bank for managing the securities deposit; updating the internal database: management of coupons and associated dividends.
Centralization of foreign securities with foreign sub-custodians and related relationships with them
Statistical data management
Register and event management in the Recordkeeping tool and verification of ownership of assets held by client funds, as required by law
Communication and cooperation with clients and internal partners, especially with funds and trustee areas
Cooperation to achieve team goals related to the competitive plan
Contribute to developing active collaboration between team members in the change process
Profile required

STUDIES & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Social Studies/Legal/Engineering
Financial Industry background

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Italian - C2
English - B2

TECHNICAL, OPERATIONAL & SOFT SKILLS:

Knowledge of the culture of subjects and regulations common to the Department and the Funds area
Basic knowledge of domestic and foreign financial instruments and financial markets
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
