Salary is paid in accordance with the Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales - Clerical Grade IV €28,204-€42,214 (pro-rated for a 28-hour week) depending on experience and budget approval. The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references and Garda Vetting and overseas police vetting, where applicable.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Ensure information management systems are in place and manage information received
Stock take and ordering of supplies needed for the team.
Manage referrals, reports, and create electronic referrals for the team on the clinical information database.
Run excel based reports from the clinical information database and other records which inform KPI’s
Attend meetings to record minutes and manage the preparation of the agenda.
Responsibility for overseeing the time management system in place for the team.
Reception duties - take responsibility for managing the admin email, and main phone line for the team, respond to general queries, book meeting rooms and deal with local requests.
