Office based professional role in a busy residential lettings office. Candidates will need computer skills including updating social media , excellent phone skills and organisational ability are also essential.
The role will encompass many responsibilities and the ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to time manage, delegate, track, bill and organize tasks and paperwork. Previous office experience essential. 12 month Contract

  • Scheduling
  • Supporting our Maintenance department with follow up calls and invoicing.
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Record Keeping and liaising with both property owners and tenants.
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
