Clerical Assistant at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 80-hour, Day shifts. Additionally, our Rehab Center is nationally ranked by UDSMR and accredited by CARF for outstanding rehabilitation programs. Assist staff and physicians in the daily operations of the Rehab center including but not limited to: patient scheduling, insurance authorization/verifications, telephone communications, customer service, clerical duties, and other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training and MOAB I within 30 to 150 days of hire (for employees in Patient Registration/Admitting only). 1 year of Secretarial experience preferred; may substitute two years of clerical experience.
