POSITION SUMMARY

  • Greeting office visitors.
  • Answering the phone, managing a multi-line switchboard.
  • Arranging courier services, posting outgoing mail and drop off at postal box.
  • Opening files procedures.
  • Manage meeting rooms schedules.
  • Various administrative and office duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have previous reception/office experience in a professional environment. Previous law firm reception experience would be an asset.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
