Description
The Nethersole School of Nursing Clerical Assistant The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in daily office operations, such as providing counter services, handling general enquiries and delivering mail; (b) offering clerical support in managing facilities and office functions, such as ordering stationery and other supplies, maintaining inventory records; (c) co-ordinating office repairs and maintenance; (d) assisting with document scanning and filing; (e) supporting school activities and events; and (f) performing other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Working beyond normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays, may be required occasionally. Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) good computer skills (including MS Office, and English and Chinese word-processing); (iii) a good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); and (iv) a mature, self-motivated and hard-working work attitude. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
