Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Support Assistant to handle communication between our pharmacy, patients, and affiliated organizations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented who can efficiently manage correspondence, including letters, emails, and occasional phone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to inform organizations that patients have accessed our services, enhancing the continuity of care in a professional, clear, and courteous manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary: Draft and send letters and emails to organizations notifying them that patients have used our services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to our communication protocols.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle phone calls with patients, providing information and assistance as needed, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our pharmacy, including data entry, filing, and managing patient records.
