Job Description Reporting to the Clinical Service Manager, you will work closely with the team leader, staff and physicians to provide clerical support as required. Accountabilities: Reception Telephone answering Transcribing doctor’s orders Booking of clinic appointments Order entry Receiving, admitting and discharging of patients Oher related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma Medical terminology course/certificate required Minimum of two years recent related experience Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Word processing and computer experience; Meditech and Windows 45/wpm typing skills Previous ward clerk/clerical associate experience Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites Additional Information Currently Days/Evenings/Nights including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements) Salary: Minimum: $26.31 per hour Maximum: $28.49 per hour Internal application deadline: December 8, 2025 Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
