Essential Functions As a Clerical Associate, you maintain a professional image and prioritize customer relations in line with our Service Excellence Standards. Responsibilities include routing incoming calls, distribute registration forms, input demographic data, schedule, and reschedule appointments, collect co-payments, and manage records effectively and professionally. This role will require that you perform diverse clerical tasks and support medial office staff as needed. Required Education/Experience: Must be able to perform basic clerical functions and comprehend medical terminology. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience or training in a Medical Practice Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses.
