Job Summary: Performs basic administrative duties under general supervision. Performs daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying and posting. Performs information gathering, verification and charging. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: * High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred * Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Essential Functions: * Answers and screens phone calls. Assists guests and directs them appropriately. Receives and schedules visitors. * Types letters, memos, standard forms and reports. Opens and distributes departmental mail. Sets up and manages filing and record systems. * Makes and confirms appointments as directed. Inputs data to various systems or documents. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
